The Services are intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information collected with your permission.
3.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name and/or username and email address.
- Customer support content: messages, attachments, screenshots, and details you choose to provide.
- Other information you choose to provide: information submitted through forms or communications.
3.2 Photos and media (including face-related content)
- If you choose to import or create designs using photos, the App may request access to your photo library and/or camera.
- We do not perform face recognition and we do not use biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
- By default, your creations are stored locally on your device.
- If the App offers an optional one-time cloud processing feature for certain generation or enhancement functions, any photos/text you choose to upload for that feature are processed on Vespera Team-controlled servers solely to provide the requested output, are not shared with third parties, are not used for advertising/marketing or training third-party models, and are deleted promptly after processing is completed.
3.3 Location information (only if you allow it)
- Approximate and/or precise location may be collected if you grant permission. You can revoke permission in device settings.
3.4 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, identifiers (where available), app version.
- Usage data / analytics: feature usage, screens viewed, performance metrics, diagnostics.
- Crash logs: crash and error information for debugging and stability.
3.5 Cookies and similar technologies
If we provide web-based features (for example, a website, web views, or login pages), we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings where applicable.
